Pencilish is an animation studio that combines CEO Tom Bancroft’s 35 year Disney animation industry knowledge with savvy, young marketing creatives. Together, Pencilish is creating the next wave of short form social ads! We are artists, storytellers, and social media gurus that will help you share your product or company with the world in the stickiest way- through unique, humorous animation and original personalities that reflect your brand’s audience.

Our team has created content that has reached millions before the internet existed- and after! We have created viral videos, worldwide drawing events with multi-millions of views, worked with massive influencers, and created marketing campaigns for well- known stand up comedians and NFL teams.
OUR WORK
We were approached by the Nashville NFL Team, The Tennessee Titans, to create an animated short to announce their 2020 game schedule.
- In no time, we brainstormed a concept: The “Titans” are named after the older Greek gods, so why not create a new TITAN MAN character that is one part Football player and one part Greek god.
- Based loosely on Homer’s “ODYSSEY”, we created mythical versions of each team as new challengers for Titan man to conquer on the way up to “Olympus” and victory!
- Sports Illustrated online listed our schedule release video as #6 in the TOP TEN of the BEST RELEASE VIDEOS OF 2020" (Link: https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/05/08/2020-nfl-schedule-reveal-team-videos)
